 Important Notices and Academic Initiatives for the Upcoming Year

We are excited to share with you the following key initiatives and updates for the upcoming year:

Academic Initiatives
1. Compulsory Counselling Sessions: For Class 7-10 students, aiming to provide emotional support and guidance.
2. Saturday Classes: For the High School section, providing extra academic support.
3. Robotics Classes: Introduced on weekends (Saturdays), aiming to foster STEM skills and innovation.
4. Competitive Exams: Three compulsory exams will be conducted to assess students’ knowledge and prepare them for competitive environments.
5. Mentorship Program: Mentors will be assigned to each class, providing guidance, support, and industry insights.

New Programs and Facilities
1. Evening Care Programme: Various activities will be offered, catering to students’ diverse interests and needs.
2. Kindergarten, NIOS Centre, and Institute of Language Studies: New programs will be commenced, expanding the school’s academic offerings and resources.
3. Sports Facility: Upgraded sports facility at Police Ground, aiming to promote physical education, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
4. Bharath Scouts and Guides: Introduced to promote extracurricular activities, leadership skills, and community service.

Logistics and Administration
1. Uniform Changes: Changes to Wednesday uniform and introduction of school-issued ties, aiming to promote a sense of identity and professionalism.
2. BATA Partnership: Tie-up with BATA for school shoes with special allergy-friendly buckles, prioritizing students’ health and well-being.
3. Vacation Classes: For Std 8, 9, and 10 students, providing additional academic support during vacations.
4. Computerized School System: Upgraded school management system, aiming to streamline administrative processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce paperwork.
5. Student Data Update: Students’ details will be updated, ensuring accurate records and effective communication.
6. Diary and ID Cards: Will be provided on or before mid-June, serving as essential tools for students’ daily routines and identification.
7. Gate Passes: Introduced for security purposes, ensuring a safe and secure environment for students and staff.
8. Van Facility: Upgraded van facility with no waiting at stops, aiming to provide convenient and efficient transportation services.

Communication and Parental Involvement
1. One-Year Plan Display: Will be displayed on the notice board for parents, keeping them informed about the school’s plans and objectives.
2. Reduced Multimedia Use: For students, with a focus on parent-centric communication, aiming to promote responsible technology use and effective communication.
3. Parent-Teacher Software: Introduced to facilitate communication between parents and teachers, ensuring collaborative support for students’ growth and development.

Document Collection Procedure
Please note that any documents that need to be collected from the school will not be sent through your child or via the school bus. To ensure secure and efficient delivery, parents are required to:

1. Come to the school in person to collect the documents.
2. Sign a written acknowledgement to confirm receipt of the documents.

Service Charge for Fee Details Certificate
A nominal service charge will be levied for issuing fee details certificates required for IT returns. Please note the following:

1. Processing time: A minimum of three working days is required to process and issue the certificate.
2. Mandatory information: The certificate will necessarily include the month(s) for which the fees have been paid.

Parents’ Role in Supporting the School
1. Build positive relationships: Foster open and respectful communication with teachers, staff, and administrators.
2. Stay engaged: Attend school events, parent-teacher conferences, and volunteer in the classroom or school community.

Online Fee Payment Procedure
For parents who pay fees online:

1. Please send a screenshot of the payment receipt to the accounts department.
2. This is required for verification and processing purposes.
